You can make MPF contributions through HSBC cheque deposit machines in Hong Kong. Selected locations of the cheque deposit machines also provide 24-hour service that could suit your business needs. Please prepare a crossed cheque payable to "Manulife Provident Funds Trust Company Limited" and write down your sub-scheme number on the back of the cheque*.

You may settle the contribution by sending a crossed cheque payable to "Manulife Provident Funds Trust Company Limited" with the payment slip to "Provident Funds Services, Manulife (International) Limited, GPO Box 12246, Hong Kong".
Please write down the sub-scheme number on the back of the cheque, and allow sufficient time for mailing the cheque(s) to Manulife and affix sufficient stamp to ensure the mail is in order.

Post-dated and electronic cheques are not accepted.

Please note that MPF intermediaries are not authorized to receive MPF cheques and contribution data on behalf of Manulife. Customers are therefore reminded to submit contribution payment and data directly to Manulife.

To set up autopay arrangement, please complete the Change of Payment Method / Autopay Bank Account Form and Direct Debit Authorization Form and submit to Manulife by mail to "Provident Funds Services, Manulife (International) Limited, 21/F., Tower A, Manulife Financial Centre, 223-231 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong".

To execute autopay way forward, please always ensure sufficient funds in the bank account for contribution settlement. Besides, before receiving our written confirmation for the autopay setup arrangement, please settle your contributions by cheque.

  • Pay by phone: Call 18031 (English) or 18033 (Cantonese) 
  • Merchant code: 9351
  • Enter Bill Account Number: For example, if your member account number is 01234567-1, you can input 123456701.

Note:

  • Manulife will send you a Payment Advice 10 days before the end of each contribution period, please refer to the instruction on the Payment Advice to settle the contribution.
  • Please allow 3 working days for PPS payment processing.
