To set up autopay arrangement, please complete the Tax Deductible Voluntary Contributions Instructions and Direct Debit Authorization Form and mail to “Provident Funds Services, Manulife (International) Limited, 21/F, Tower A, Manulife Financial Centre, 223–231 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong”.

Note:

  1. Please ensure sufficient funds in the bank account for contribution settlement. 
  2. Before receiving our written confirmation for the autopay setup arrangement, please settle your contributions by cheque.

You can make the initial contributions by scanning the dedicated FPS QR Code through the mobile application provided by your designated bank.

  1. FPS payment or transfer limit is subject to a daily transaction limit as determined by different banks and individual account settings. Please contact relevant parties for details.
  2. Applicable to application submitted via BuySimple.hk and initial contributions only.

You can make MPF contributions through HSBC cheque deposit machines in Hong Kong. Selected locations of the cheque deposit machines also provide 24-hour service that could suit your business needs. Please prepare a crossed cheque payable to "Manulife Provident Funds Trust Company Limited" and write down your member account number on the back of the cheque*.

For example: 12345678–01, please input as 1234567801. 

After the deposit, you can get a comprehensive advice with cheque image, cheque amount and deposit account name for your record.

Once your cheque has cleared, the date you deposited your cheque will be recorded as the date of your contribution.

*Payment will be processed based on the details input by customers via the machine.

Alternatively, you may mail the cheque with a completed Tax Deductible Voluntary Contributions Instructions to our administration office. Please note that the mail drop date or postage stamp date is not treated as the receipt date by Manulife, please reserve sufficient time for mailing, at least a few days is recommended.

Note:

  1. Post-dated and electronic cheques are not accepted.
  2. Please submit contribution payment directly to Manulife. DO NOT submit cheque and document via MPF intermediaries as it is not an official submission channel.
