Customer website – New user registration guide

Step 1 (of 5)
Welcome! To register for online services for personal customers, please click here or “Login” in the upper right-hand corner, then select “Personal customer login”.

Click “Register an account”.

Step 2 (of 5)
Enter your ID / passport number and date of birth, then click “Continue”.

Read through the steps for authentication, then click “Continue”.

Step 3 (of 5)
Enter your registered email address or registered mobile number, then click “Send OTP”.
(Note: If you have not yet registered an email address or mobile number, please complete the Change of Contact Details Form and submit it to Manulife. Upon receipt of your completed form, we will update our records within 5 business days.)

Step 4 (of 5)
Enter your OTP, then click “Continue”.

Step 5 (of 5)
Enter your new username and password, then click “Confirm”.

Read the terms and conditions, then click “Agree” to confirm your acceptance.

Once you have logged in, you will be able to review and manage your account and policies, and receive other useful information and updates.

Please mark your username and password down for future logins.

Act now. Register a personal account to experience a new level of online services.
